Hard-Boiled Eggs

Method:

1. Place eggs in a single layer in a pan. Stacked layers of eggs will cook unevenly.

2. Add water. Ensure that the water level is at least an inch above the eggs.

3. Bring pan to boil for 20-25 minutes. Add salt to increase the boiling temperature.

4. Run cold water over the eggs before peeling. This will make peeling an easy job.
